Just returned for a UX consulting visit for my client Fidelity Investments. My 2 week trip included  Chennai, Bangalore and Dubai. The mission was to help start up 2 teams that would be working on one of the largest redesign project in Fidelity, STE (Service Transaction Enablement). Slated for 3 years, this project will be working to redesign and make responsive (mobile) the 180 service transactions on the Fidelity.com site.

Mandatory Presentations: Improving Voter User Experience

Watching the debates with my two daughters, it struck me how much of a disservice the current presidential debates play in the process of electing our leaders. Having two candidates stand in front of a live audience, argue vague stats and position for sound bites; provides little to no real context on which to base such an important civic decision.

BU Libraries house more than 2.4 million physical volumes, over 45,000 current unique serials, and 77,000 media titles. Yet, if you were to visit their Library website; there was little evidence of these achievements.
