Contracted by Bankable Frontier Associates and Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, I created the UX architecture, design, and branding for Financial Diaries – a project of GAFIS, supported exclusively by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Financial Diaries monitors the impact of new policy changes and financial services on local populations over the course of several years, capturing a variety of interview questions and cash flow data, and generating comprehensive reports.
Key challenges include the design of an online application that could be simple to use, language-agnostic, and scalable for custom implementations.
