Legal Squirrel

Problem: First-gen applications needed a better UX and Design solution for attorneys and they’re below the poverty line clientele. Users, often struggling with English as a second language, found it difficult to navigate the software. 

Hypothesis: Due to the diversity of clients and attorneys’ time resources, a more straightforward flow based on notifications and easy-to-navigate UI would help increase volume and successful connections between the two parties. 

Validation: By conducting design sprints with judges, lawyers, and clients, we produced a prototype to run all user types through the site. Updated look and feel and UX helped the owners of LegalSquirrel make better decisions on growing their product and engaging their users.
