Valor Performance

Problem:  The pressure on executive teams and professionals was at an all-time high. Organizations needed a strategy on how to reduce that stress and increase performance.

Hypothesis: By creating an application that allows employees to answer questions and then be connected to the appropriate performance coach, we could reduce professional burnout.

Validation: After multiple design sprints we were able to produce a prototype and attract the required investment. They have gone on to service Hubspot, Oracle, Salesforce, Kayak, and the London Stock Exchange. Side note, we also designed the logo and branding which is used today.
